Last week on Doctor as Teacher Tuesday I wrote about the benefits of bone broth. Now it's time to take action with your new knowledge. Here is a demo on how easy it is to make your own bone broth from my friend and blogger Carolyn with the Eat Real Food Academy.

As you can see, it's pretty simple and much more nutritious than anything you'll buy on the grocery shelves.
Now I would love to hear from you! Do you think this is something you would try and if you do how did it turn out? Leave a comment below and I'll be back next week with another edition of Doctor as Teacher Tuesday.

Thank you so much for your brilliant, but concise video on making bone broth. I will be making my first-ever batch of bone broth this week. Now I see how simple and pure this concoction is going to be. Looking forward to seeing and tasting the outcome!
You are welcome Patricia!
Just turned the slow cookeron for my first batch using beef and chicken bones🤗🤗
