If you haven't heard the word keto in reference to weight loss in the last couple months it's possible you have been living under a rock . If you have heard about keto, you're probably wondering is this just another fad diet, or does it actually have some merit? Stay tuned for next week's article to find out!

Not only is this meal delicious, you only dirty one pan making it. It's simple, keto-friendly and tastes great. Even if you are not following a keto diet or don't need to lose weight, I'm sure you will like it. This recipe will serve four people.
