Today’s post is a video about how to read a food label.
I never realized how many people don’t really know what to look for on a food label to determine whether that product is healthy or not.
In this video, I give three easy tips that you can use to understand food labels better.

Hi Michelle, that was excellent and informative….. I do look for the sugar content…. the other thing that I always checked for was the amount of saturated fats…… I never looked at the number of carbs…. but I sure will now….thank you 👍
You’re welcome! Yes, many of us grew up the low fat era so that is very common to focus on saturated fat.
So informative, thank you for the clarification.
