September is best known for back to school but it is also a great time of the year to get back on track with your goals or to set new ones. You don’t have to wait until January! Here are some upcoming events at QNC this month:

1. Dr. Michelle Durkin on the Lorne Brooker Show:  Thursday, September 12th 2013 at 10am. We discuss a variety of health and wellness concerns. Everyone is invited to listen in and/or call in any of their questions.
2. Fall Clean Eating and Detox Challenge:  Due to the popularity of our spring detox and interest from those who could not join us in the spring we have decided to run the Clean Eating and Detox Challenge this fall. Fall is another excellent time of the year for detoxification. The information session for your instructions during the detox will be held on Tuesday Sept. 24th at 6:00pm and the 10 day challenge will run from Wed Sept. 25th until Fri Oct. 4th.  Cost will be $60 + HST and will include the detox powder Mediclear. 3. Clean Eating Cooking Seminars: Vibeke Vale from the Clean Eating Chef will be hosting seminars again on September 12^th and 26^th at 6pm. To register or for information on menu and/or cost contact Vibeke at 613-921-3558.

QNC is happy to welcome Jackie Cave to our team!  Jackie will have office hours on Wednesdays and will be offering reflexology, Indian head massage and hands-on energy work.  Each session is approximately an hour and costs $65.
