This month's recipe is just in time for Christmas!
Do you have food sensitivities? Or maybe someone in your family does.
Holidays tend to be a challenging time for these individuals because there is usually more food around that will make them feel sick.
One tip (and recipe) that I can share to help make the holidays a little easier is to have a recipe made and available that you know is not going to make you sick.
And you never know, other people may end up liking it too!
This cookie recipe uses buckwheat flour, which unlike the word sounds is wheat-free AND gluten-free. This recipe is also nut, soy, and corn free and can easily be made dairy-free by using dairy-free chocolate chips or dried fruit instead of the chips.
