Well it is time to set our Christmas schedule already. Can you believe it? This year has gone by extremely fast. We would like to thank everyone who has been part of 2013 for us and wish you Happy Holidays! The office will be open until 2pm on Tuesday December 24th (Christmas Eve) for all of you last minute shoppers 🙂
Speaking of shopping....here are some great ideas for those on your Christmas list:
1. Gift certificates - available in any denomination for Dr. Michelle Durkin, Dr. Daralyn Bates, and Gretchen Grenke
2. Cookbooks - we have had great reviews on the recipes in all of our cookbooks: The No Grainer Baker, Delicious Detox, The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook, and Where Do I Start?: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, and Sugar-free Cookbook
3. Primal Crunch granola - what a perfect alternative for a healthier stocking stuffer
Christmas Hours:
CLOSED Wednesday December 25th - Wednesday January 1st
Christmas Contest:
Don't forget about our Christmas contest. LIKE us on Facebook in the month of December and you could win a gift basket worth $100.
Staying Healthy over The Holidays:
We want everyone to rest and rejuvenate over the holidays. That is why we are closing for a full week this year. We are certainly aware of how it feels to be sick when you finally have some time off to relax. To help you through the holidays remember our Blog post in October (http://quintenc.ca/?p=909) for preventing and treating Colds and Flus. A little extra Vitamin C, probiotics, or other antioxidants (ACES+Zn) will also go a long way to help keep you healthy this holiday and don't underestimate the value of extra sleep and fresh air.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS from QNC!!
