Want a little more green food in your diet? This soup fits the bill just in time for St. Patrick's Day!
This is one of my go-to soups for lunches during the week. I pour single serving sizes into mason jars so it's super easy & convenient to warm up for lunch at work.
Now I would love to hear from you! Do you have a go-to recipe that increases your greens? Leave a comment below and I'll be back next week with another edition of Doctor as Teacher Tuesday!

Look yummy! Will have to try that recipe. Thanks for sharing!
Let me know how it turns out!
Broccoli soup is also green and would make a good st Patrick soup. Asparagus is better when it is local. I make soup all the time so will try your recipe.
I agree, fresh local asparagus is the best!
