Belly Fat Detox Porridge

We are one week into the Belly Fat Detox and I am so excited for everyone who signed up! In less than a month they will have more energy, sleep better, move around more easily, and have less weight to carry.

If you weren't ready to commit or missed the sign up deadline you can still get some of the benefits. Here is one of the recipes that we are enjoying to help with those winter comfort food cravings without spiking our blood sugars.

This paleo sweet potatoe porridge will fill you up with a lot more nutrients. Remember more colour equals more nutrients and nutrient density is the easiest way to improve the quality of your diet regardless of where you are now.
