It’s easy to assume that what we buy in a store is safe for us to use. Unfortunately, it’s not so simple.
Lurking in your bathroom, on your vanity, and in your make-up bag are nasty chemicals that can wreak havoc on your health and on the environment.
It is time to bring more awareness to the potential chemicals you are using on your hair, skin, and nails and coming into contact with on a daily basis during your personal care and beauty routine.
If your answer is NO to any of these questions, you will benefit from an event that I am co-hosting with Stephanie Trattner of Stephanie Trattner Photography.
Last fall I had professional photos done with Stephanie and you can be the judge of the results. I have been using those photos on my email newsletter, detox groups, and Facebook page for the last six months.
What really impressed me was her priority about using makeup for her photo shoots that didn't have any harsh chemicals in it.
So if you want to learn about the toxic burden of personal care products, take the toxins out of your beauty care routine, and take the first step in finding replacements that will keep you and your loved ones safe, healthy, and looking fabulous, this event is a must to attend!
The Detoxify Your Beauty Routine will be an open house style event at Stephanie's studio on Wednesday June 12th from 11am - 2pm. I will be doing two talks at 11:45am at 12:30pm covering safety in personal care products and will be available for questions after.
The studio is located at 257 Pinnacle St. Belleville, ON Suite #205 on the upper level.
I look forward to seeing you there!
Now I would love to hear from you! How many chemicals do you think you are exposed to during your morning routine? Leave a comment below and I'll be back next week with another edition of Doctor as Teacher Tuesday!

Is this all one seminar or one at 11:00 and one at 12:30? Do we need to register and what are the fees to do so?
Anna
It is the same presentation that is 15-20min long at both time slots. No registration needed. It is a free drop in.
